• This marketing site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
• The PROX iOS app does not use cookies at all — it uses Apple's Keychain to securely store your sign-in credentials, which is not a cookie.
• The marketing site may use first-party local storage for privacy-limited PostHog analytics. We do not use session replay, advertising cookies, fingerprinting, or social-share trackers.

A cookie is a small text file that a site can store in your browser. Local storage and session storage are similar mechanisms. Together, these are sometimes called "site data."

• Strictly necessary, first-party items only — for example, a token used to make form submissions safe against CSRF attacks. These are set when needed and cleared when no longer needed.
• PostHog analytics may store a first-party visitor identifier in local storage so we can understand page views and waitlist conversion. Autocapture and session replay are disabled.
• We do not set advertising, fingerprinting, or social-share cookies.

This site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may collect standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, response timings) for security, abuse prevention, and basic operational telemetry. Those records do not identify you as an individual and are governed by Vercel's privacy practices.

• Your Apple identity token is stored in the iOS Keychain and used to sign requests to our backend.
• App preferences (sound effects toggle, haptics toggle, last-used theme) are stored in standard iOS user defaults on your device.
• None of this data is a browser cookie. App product analytics are limited to operational events such as sessions, nearby counts, voice reliability, mute, block, and report actions.

• Most browsers let you block or clear cookies and site data. Doing so may break form submissions on this site but won't affect the app.
• On iOS, you can revoke the app's permissions at any time from Settings → Privacy.

If we add advertising, cross-site tracking, session replay, or broader analytics storage, we will update this page first and add a consent surface where law requires it.
